It provides practical support including AI-powered interview practice, resume and cover letter building, and confidence-building tools to help teens prepare for real-life job interviews.

  • Yes—especially so. Many teens feel unsure about interviews or how to talk about themselves professionally. Career Kickstarters is built to build confidence gradually, offering a private and low-pressure space to practise, make mistakes, and improve with constructive feedback. It’s a supportive first step into the working world.

  • The Get Interview Ready simulation takes the job listing for the role and creates a realistic interview asking questions based on that specific role.

    It probes for more detail if answers are vague and offers structured feedback at the end of the session. Teens can practise as many times as they like, building confidence and improving their communication with each round.

  • Shift Hero is a fun way to see if you can survive a full week of real-world shifts. It’s quick, fun and a little chaotic - just like real work.

    Every moment brings a new workplace curveball, three choices, one keeps you hired, two get you fired!

  • First of all… Amazing! Congrats! Once you’ve secured a job the Career Kickstart app flips to “Job Active” mode. Here you will be able to start to plan and create a balance between work and school.

    Use You Planner to add your shifts, school assignments or exams and any other events on the inbuilt calendar. Forecast your expected next pay and set savings goals and decide with ease how much of that hard earnt funds you’re going to put towards those goals.
