1. Introduction
Welcome to the Career Kickstarter - Powered by Sellgorithm App (“the App”), owned and operated by Sellgorithm Pty Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility and Membership Requirement
The App is exclusively available to registered members of the Career Kickstarter - Powered by Sellgorithm program who have completed their enrolment and made full payment of applicable membership fees.

Any unauthorised access or use of the App, including the sharing of login details or distributing App content to non-members, is strictly prohibited. Breach of this condition will result in immediate cancellation of your membership without refund.

Users under the age of 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent before joining and using the App.

3. Purpose of the App
The Career Kickstarter - Powered by Sellgorithm App is an educational and training platform designed to assist individuals—particularly teenagers—prepare for, apply for, and succeed in entry-level employment. The content includes resume tools, cover letter builders, interview preparation, workplace training, and related resources.

4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

Use the App only if you are a valid, paid Career Kickstarter - Powered by Sellgorithm member.
Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Provide accurate, current, and complete information where prompted.
Refrain from uploading or sharing any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property
All content within the App—including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, templates, assessments, and branding—is the property of Sellgorithm Pty Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes as part of your membership.

You must not:

Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App or its content.
Share or distribute App access or content to non-members.
Use any part of the App’s materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Sellgorithm Pty Ltd.

6. Third-Party Links and Services
The App may include links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for your convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

7. Subscription and Payment
Use of the App requires full membership in the Career Kickstarter - Powered by Sellgorithm program, which is offered on a subscription basis. All fees will be clearly displayed at the point of enrolment. You agree to pay all applicable charges in accordance with the payment terms provided.

Refunds will be considered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and our internal refund policy.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sellgorithm Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the App. While we aim to provide accurate and up-to-date content, we do not warrant that the information provided is free from error or suitable for every user’s unique circumstances.

9. No Guarantee of Employment
The App is designed to support job readiness. However, Sellgorithm Pty Ltd does not guarantee that use of the App will result in employment or job offers.

10. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion if you:

Breach these Terms,
Fail to maintain an active paid membership, or
Engage in unauthorised sharing or misuse of the App.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease and membership fees will not be refunded.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for details on how your personal information is collected, used, and stored in compliance with Australian privacy laws.

12. Changes to Terms
Sellgorithm Pty Ltd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated via the App or our website. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of Queensland. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
