1. Introduction

Welcome to

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:

  • the Sellgorithm website (www.sellgorithm.com.au)

  • Career Kickstarter – Powered by Sellgorithm

  • Sellgorithm Frontline program

  • any associated applications, platforms, tools, or services (collectively, the “Platform”)

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

  • be at least 18 years of age, or

  • have the consent of a parent or legal guardian

You agree that:

  • all information provided is accurate and current

  • you will maintain the integrity of your account

  • you will comply with these Terms at all times

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where eligibility requirements are not met.

  • students and early-career individuals

  • frontline employees

  • individuals seeking to improve sales and workplace skills

Programs may include, but are not limited to:

  • Career Kickstarter (job readiness and employment preparation)

  • Sellgorithm Frontline (customer service and frontline performance training)

  • future training programs, tools, and resources

Features across the Platform may include:

  • resume and cover letter tools

  • interview preparation and AI simulations

  • training modules and video content

  • interactive scenarios and assessments

  • gamified learning experiences

  • career and workplace development resources

All services are provided for educational and training purposes only.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • use the Platform lawfully and appropriately

  • provide accurate information where required

  • maintain confidentiality of your login credentials

  • respect the rights of other users and third parties

You must not:

  • upload or share unlawful, harmful, or offensive material

  • impersonate another person

  • attempt unauthorised access to systems or data

  • interfere with the functionality or security of the Platform

5. Accounts and Membership Use

Where access is provided via a paid membership:

  • accounts are for individual use only

  • login credentials must not be shared

  • multiple users must not access a single account

Sellgorithm may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • account sharing

  • misuse of the Platform

  • breach of these Terms

Fees are non-refundable where access is terminated due to misuse.

6. Subscription and Payment

Certain areas of the Platform require payment.

You agree to:

  • pay all applicable fees at the time of purchase

  • comply with selected billing cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual, or one-off)

Pricing and terms are displayed at the time of purchase.

Refunds are handled in accordance with

  • Australian Consumer Law

  • Sellgorithm’s internal refund policy

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform is owned by Sellgorithm Pty Ltd or its licensors, including:

  • training materials

  • videos and modules

  • templates and tools

  • assessments and frameworks

  • branding, logos, and designs

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not:

  • copy, reproduce, or distribute content

  • create derivative works

  • use content for commercial training or resale

  • extract or reuse substantial parts of the Platform

8. Content Scraping and Data Use

You must not use:

  • bots

  • scraping tools

  • automated systems

to extract or collect data or content from the Platform.

Breach may result in:

  • immediate termination

  • legal action where applicable

9. Artificial Intelligence Features

The Platform may use artificial intelligence and automated tools, including:

  • interview simulations

  • resume and cover letter assistance

  • automated feedback systems

  • interactive avatars

You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs are generated automatically

  • responses may not always be accurate or complete

  • AI tools are for training purposes only

Sellgorithm does not guarantee outcomes based on AI-generated content.

10. Third-Party Services

Sellgorithm uses third-party providers to operate parts of the Platform.

These may include:

  • Jotform (form processing)

  • Make (automation workflows)

  • HeyGen (AI avatar and simulation tools)

  • cloud hosting and analytics services

Your information may be processed by these providers to deliver functionality.

Each provider operates under its own terms and privacy policies.

Sellgorithm is not responsible for third-party practices.

11. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Sellgorithm provides education and training only.

We do not guarantee:

  • employment

  • job interviews

  • promotions or performance outcomes

Results depend on external factors including:

  • individual effort

  • employer decisions

  • market conditions

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellgorithm Pty Ltd is not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential loss

  • loss of opportunity or income

  • reliance on Platform content

We do not guarantee that:

  • the Platform will be uninterrupted

  • content will always be accurate or current

Nothing excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

  • breach these Terms

  • fail to maintain an active subscription

  • misuse the Platform

  • engage in unlawful activity

Upon termination:

  • access ceases immediately

  • fees are non-refundable where breach has occurred
